I have many years experience in large scale engineering and IT project management, in addition to property management, so organising and executing plans is second nature to me.

We're moving to Bristol from Germany at short notice and found a house we were interested in renting online. The only problem is we couldn't get there to do a viewing. We contacted Georgie who was only too happy to conduct an independent viewing on our behalf at short notice. She asked us what was important to us and made sure to find out the answers to our questions. A couple of hours after the viewing, we had a detailed report describing each room, the outside space and surrounding area, as well as responding to each of our points clearly and describing to us the next steps. I don't know if this is a standard service but it was exactly what we needed! I wouldn't hesitate to contact Georgie again in future. Thanks again!
